On April 3rd, 1964, The Beatles filmed a slightly surreal scene for exclusive use in the A Hard Day's Night movie trailer.
Elsewhere on the set at Twickenham that day, they were interviewed by Adrian Cairns for the Tyne Tees TV series Star Parade. Most of the questions were submitted by fans, who had been filmed in Newcastle reading out the interrogatives; the footage was then intercut with the group's answers.
